About

Lina Kara is the pen name of a couple, one of us in Germany, one in Türkiye. Every idea, every character and every twist comes from the two of us.

We work on it together across two countries, and every chapter gets reworked until it feels right to both of us. How exactly we work is in the FAQ.

Who is Lina Kara?

Lina Kara is the pen name of a couple in a long-distance relationship, one of us in Germany, one in Türkiye. Every idea is ours, and we work on this book together.

How do you write?

Every idea, every character and every twist is ours. We plan the story together, then write the chapters with the help of AI and rewrite them again and again until they sound like us. Nothing goes into a book that we haven’t both read and argued over. The visuals we post on social media are AI-generated.

How spicy is Off-Limits?

It’s an adult romance for readers 18+, with explicit scenes and dark themes. We’ll share the exact spice level and full content notes before release, so you know what you’re getting into.

Is it part of a series?
